We received the flowers on time but it's not what we expected. I almost ruined the first flower. There are instructions on each pack and yes you can follow the simple instructions but to prepare all the flowers ready for hanging it took us an average of about 10 minutes per flower. I wondered what if I bought these simple or less labor intensive products even if I had to pay extra. They won't be perfect as I thought, but it could also be because I can't open them well. In short, they worked cheaply, but took a long time to turn into pom-poms. So buy this product with the understanding that it will take you some time to make it from thin paper folded into a pompom. Still a good buy if you have time and want to spend less money.
