Don't put anything heavy in it.
If you want to put a small honey jar (I mean small) and a small spice jar (I mean small) I don't think that will work. If you just want to put candy in it, everything should work just fine. I bought these to make a "My Favorite Things" set for family and friends and put two small jars in as a recipe base. Both feel the low point. My idea didn't work because of the weight of the two. They're cute, but don't plan on investing too much in them. To give you an idea of the size of the jars, think of the small hotel jars that sell jam in this size.
