My bottle doesn't have a dispenser. He's on the phone. And the pipe is not sealed. Not sure if this is a real product or just a cheap cream in a tube. He relates very white. The more I rub, the whiter it gets. It looks like you rubbed white paint on your face. Soaks in for a long time. If it works to lighten my brown spots, I'm not complaining. But that remains to be seen. I hope this is real hydroquinone and not fake.
