I have followed the sizing and they seem to fit true to size. In hindsight I may have gone down a size for a tighter fit as I usually prefer a tighter fit in compression garments. I have found these sleeves to offer good compression although I am concerned that they will itch over time. . I'm not sure if it's just me, but I've never had this problem with compression sleeves.
