I read several reviews the hard way before ordering anything and I've read so much about this neck massager. Contrary to the photos, many descriptions stated that this massager does not look like a shiatsu massager and is not vegan. These descriptions in Tyrol are wrong! This unit is huge! It's bulky, heavy and very painful! When you finally manage to position it so that you can endure it, Hass still has to endure it, not enjoy it. And I let five people try mine without saying anything, I just asked them to try it and tell me what they think.
