Bristles are best obtained in Grooming and Grooming Kits

I took the brush out of the packaging and the bristles are already falling off the brush. Tried using it on LO and the bristles fell out in his hair. Then I tried to return the item; however, he has no right to "return”. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
