Honestly love! I have cystic acne and normal white heads. This product can handle both. I highly recommend washing it, applying it, sleeping and then taking it off. After that I washed my face again and then used a toner and light lotion. Tea tree oil is a big plus. They also stretch a bit and hold up well (down to the hairline). I've also used their strips (good for cheeks, but the size-to-price ratio is better for larger strips). I used small micro needles for my deep cystic needles that hurt. Work well. The needles will poke into you to pierce the area and make it easier to surface. I love big squares as I can easily cut them up and place them anywhere! They are also very pleasant. I cut them to better fit my face. White spots are pimples. The only problem I have is that I want them to be cheaper or have more in the box. Also, they are very eco-friendly :/
