Received the watch with a dead battery, very disappointed!

The watch looks beautiful. It came with a dead battery which is very disappointing. I will probably return it, I don't want to spend more money paying a jeweler to open it and change the battery. Obviously it's not safe to do it yourself due to the sealing that makes it waterproof. As far as I know it could be broken, I'm just assuming it's a dead battery. I saw someone had the same problem. The bracelet is also huge.
