Review on Fashionable French Toast Girls Kick Pleat Scooter for School Uniforms by Steve French

Great fabric. Not cotton or polly as you would expect from a school uniform. Almost feels like a rubber training fabric. Needless to say my 6 year old touched the fabric and didn't even want to try it on. I'm sending it back and trying a different style. However, it looks like the picture and length will be good, the stitching seems solid. Only the skirt is not for us.
