Almost impossible to close
After a year it's almost impossible to get any of them to close. We haven't washed any of them in the dishwasher or treated them in any way I can think of. Now it takes 3-5 attempts to close any of them. Sometimes I just give up and use another brand we have (the one that starts with "eo"). Original Rating: A gallon bag holds one quart (about a liter) when zipped closed. I filled it with water and measured it to be sure. Pockets are fine, but don't be fooled into thinking you can use them to hold a loaf of bread or whatever you put in a standard 1-gallon pocket.
