Review on ExpertPower 1100MAh Capacity Battery IC T81HP by Darrell Sharp

I have an old iCom radio that I want to restore. The original battery has lost its ability to hold a charge. This replacement is cheap and has a large capacity. It's also a big battery but I expected that and it's ok. I am satisfied with the performance and the price. The battery fits snugly into the radio and the belt clip is easy to remove and reattach. I re-read the manual for the radio and it says it still runs when it's off. This actually chemically deactivates the NiMh battery, which is why they recommend keeping the battery and radio separate. This eliminates the need to purchase another excellent replacement battery.
