Review on Gloria Sarah Boardshort Tankini Swimwear by Tanika Spencer

I'm 5'4", about 150lbs, apple shaped. I normally wear a US size 10; Based on the seller's size chart I ordered a large black and blue. The The short skirt itself reached to where the top band covered my navel and was slightly higher in the back (no muffin top, which I liked. Inseam). The shorts themselves are not compressed, but they hide imperfections well. Here's mine Problem with the shorts and why I gave them 3 stars: They fit awkwardly in my crotch and have horizontal waves of the fabric that rise where my legs meet my torso; basically there's a V shape of crumpled fabric , right on my V going all the way up. Not flattering and definitely draws attention. Not sure if it would fit any other way if I'm more like would be a pear. And I think I'm the right size. So my original plan was to trim the length down to about 2 inches above the knee, but due to the crotch area I'm coming back.
