O-rings included in the parts
Good product - comes with two O-rings, a large one that fits on the outer seal and a small one that goes around the shaft. So don't repeat my mistake and don't buy a separate o-ring that you don't need. There are no instructions, but before unscrewing the old speedo gear, LOOK AT THE ORIENTATION of the speedo gear housing. Take a photo if necessary. The casing can enter the gearbox in a number of ways and it's hard to tell once it's out. I run 30.5" tires on a 3.55" rear wheel and am within 1 mph (according to GPS) at highway speeds.
