I ordered this to add a USB drive to my iPad as I work with a lot of graphics. It only fits the iPad when the case is removed. Something they forget to mention in the product description. I ordered a button extension cable but to no avail. The area around the port is too narrow for anything other than an iPad without a case. I have since returned this hub and ordered another one with more features and a built in dongle cable to work flawlessly with my iPad. I don't recommend this hub to anyone who uses a case on their iPad and if you don't use a case I suggest buying one to protect your investment. Have a nice day everyone.
