Assuming you look at this tool, you broke the plugs, as did others, me and countless others. The price of the product is very good. There is something people should know about this tool and how to use it. Well, an important and very important point and a couple of side points. I'm not a professional, just trying to help. You'll know it's not built in when you apply enough force to create the diamonds and the filaments still don't spin. You should not apply more pressure than loosening a screw. Once it spins, keep tightening it until the tools stop. At this point you will hear pops. This is a piece that rotates easily in the hole. Once the tool is fully seated, you need to place the nut on the tool and turn. We found that we had to place the broken piece in a vise and turn the tool clockwise to unscrew it. It's also easier said than done. I left out the porcelain crushing part of the toolbox because it seems easy.
