I bought this outfit for my daughter for Christmas. It was too small so she gave it back. I tried it on and it fit me fine however the stitches were loose at top right shoulder of top so I returned the merchandise. The vendor accepted the return with free shipping, however someone made the decision to apply the refund to my Revain gift card balance. I did not order the product using an Revain gift card but rather a credit card. Why wasn't the refund to my CC? What if I don't want an Revain GC? No one ever asked me.
