Review on InTouchGPS by Matt Simpson

We like how simple it is! Everything from setting up our account/profile was very straightforward as we could do this online via computer so there were no problems at any stage (no manual inputting etc). It's not cheap compared to other GPS devices out now but gives detailed information about what vehicles are where when using their "fleet manager" software which can be downloaded free off website too - great if someone forgets they've left something somewhere in car before going home!! The alerts system isn't really good enough yet though I have heard reports of improvements expected soon & maybe worth waiting until then? Our current issues include lack of details being given by drivers after parking job completed eg number plate readout only shows first 3 letters instead showing full registration numbers including postcode?? This makes life difficult sometimes getting staff who will go further than just give us basic info such.
