They are so beautiful to look at and ONCE on a stool comfortable. However, care should be taken when sitting. Bonded leather is a bit slippery and tends to tip over when tightened. My grandchildren have fallen several times while climbing. The green is a fresh modern olive green and really brightens the room. Bonded leather isn't supposed to last more than 5 years before wearing out, so we'll see. Color is worth a short life. The leg bars do not fit my height of 5'8" ----- one side is too short, the other is too low, a little uncomfortable on the back of the thighs. Mine were counter tall and they are perfect for kids. and I. My son-in-law is 1.80 m tall and prefers a slightly shorter stool.
