I like that it is easy to use for everyone in our organization - from entry level employees through management staff all way up into executive leadership teams! The customer service team has been very responsive when we have had questions or issues with their product/service as well!! It's really great having one system across multiple locations where everything can be tracked easily at any given time.
Nothing specific but just overall how much easier this makes things compared what used too require many different systems (iPads etc). We are able resolve problems quickly by being connected via phone calls / emails rather than waiting 2-3 days which was happening before using windwards pos solution. !
