Very soft and works very well!
I really like these. They are very soft and remove makeup well. I use very hot water to dissolve heavy makeup like eyeliner and mascara. I will say that you might need something else to completely wash off the mascara, especially if you use waterproof mascara, which I don't use. I give them a 4 because after washing one of them the edge of one of the seams lifts which isn't a big deal because you can still use them well it's just a shame it has gone bad.
