Installed in a renovated bathroom and there is hardly any water flow from the portable and although the water comes from the fixed head the pressure is low. . I removed the heads to make sure it was a valve issue and both hose (for portable) and pipe (from wall) flow fine. So the problem is in the head. Contacting Moen is pointless. I called them multiple times only to be on hold for over an hour. Then when I make an appointment to call me back, they don't call until I'm unavailable. I just want to get these heads fixed and if they can't be fixed I'll have to replace them.
