When I saw this arrived in California I knew it was from overseas and would likely arrive damaged. The box was torn and damaged, some scuffs or 2 on the top panel. But in general everything was fine. It took me 40 minutes to assemble. I assembled a lot of furniture and am a fashion designer. It would be easy to misplace the hinges. But overall, this is one of the easiest builds I've ever done. I was able to do it in less than 30 minutes on the second try. It has the typical system of metal cams and pins to lock the corners. The hinge screws are very small and I would expect a failure at this point if anywhere. The screws are also extremely cheap and easy to remove. Make sure you are using the correct bit. I usually use some wood glue, I was too lazy this time, but I'd probably put some glue on the hinge screws. There were 0 extra parts. But everything was very well marked. I am deducting points for durability as this type of furniture will inevitably fail or warp. I weighed 22 pounds. If used carefully I think it could last for years. It is not designed for heavy loads. I bought this because I have a small bathroom and complicated shelving, it was just the size I needed. The kit included screws for wall mounting which I would strongly advise against using. At 22 pounds plus what you put into it I would recommend a much better anchor system.
