Tight at the hips. Not suitable for 42 hips.
Actually, the petticoat is great, super fluffy and soft. The bow is decorative. The slip is terrible. Doesn't stretch and doesn't fit hips 42. I had to cut it out to wear a petticoat. Once I made it fit like a dream.
