I really don't like this product. I was so disappointed. It didn't tug much on my mustache (I have thick hair on my chin and lip), although I walked back and forth many times, trying different angles, moving slowly, then quickly, and in circular motions. Maybe my skin is too oily? Unfortunately I am sending it back, I should have known I would need an expensive Braun or a more well known brand to work the way I need it. I'm so tired of pulling out hair after hair in front of the makeup mirror that everything shrinks and it takes so much time. I was hoping that this would be a product that I could just pick up and use while watching TV. It is horribly LOUD and made an even louder noise when it managed to pull out 2 hairs. It reminded me of the sound a wood chipper makes when you squeeze a branch to grind it into mulch. Even my dog was scared. I almost dropped the thing. It's slippery and slick with no support other than a tiny triangular button. They should make indentations for your fingers. Wrapping a rubber band or two around it may help. It is very difficult to clean. I was hoping for something I could just rinse off under water. Instead you brush it with a barbie doll brush and then suppose you rub alcohol on the q-tips to get into the tweezers area. How painful. The only alcohol I have at home is whiskey. Rschunimagu. Tell me is that an old model or what? If so, then a bit expensive for the old model. Maybe a newer model would suit me. It looks like calling it epi POWER would be misleading. I thought it would be rechargeable and you can connect it to electricity. But it needs 2A batteries. Also disappointing. In the meantime, I returned to the makeup mirror. Lucky tweezers, ladies.
