Review on Teak Suzanne Square Kitchen Table by Winsome Wood by Stephanie Mann

Pretty, functional, amazing

I didn't even plan to buy a kitchen table because I didn't want to lose any more square footage. In my apartment, the table gets in the way, no matter where it is. But when I stumbled across this little gem, I changed my mind. When they talk about saving space, they really mean it. I especially like that the stools are hidden under the table! I ordered teak. I would say it fits the picture quite well, maybe the hair is darker but definitely not dark brown. I would have liked a darker brown option but I'm still happy with what I have. Let's talk about the construction. This might take a while. Of course, I went slow to make sure everything was in order, but I'd suggest allowing a few hours when creating this solo. I just put the film on and got to work. You'll need a Phillips head screwdriver (for the countertop) for a short time, but most of that comes with the Allen key that comes with it. If you have your own set of allen keys, use them. It's not bad, what you get just gets unwieldy after a while. Look at the wheels before you start installing them as some of them are cracked and you want them in a specific spot. The swivel leg feels flimsy and flimsy when you put it on, but once you've put the tabletop on, that's no longer an issue. A few more tips: Install the cover screws next to the handle before placing it on the countertop, it's less of a hassle. When attaching the tabletop, screw in the screw at the front and the children's corner at the back (obliquely), this should make it easier to attach the other two. Don't fully tighten them until you've aligned all four screws and it should be easier. If you're applying concealer and don't have a rubber mallet, take a small washcloth and use it as a cushion with a regular rubber mallet. They secure it without damaging the wood. Some of them require a hammer to secure them. The stools are NOT bar stools so they are short but they should fit the table. I also use it as a TV tray sometimes, so I LOVE this table! So many uses. If you're looking for a crafting table, or if you're looking to save space like me, do yourself a favor and grab this one!
