5 hours and the food is well received! We had a freezer bag of ice.
Bought for a trip. Use one pouch for frozen foods and one for refrigerated foods. The total time from freezer/fridge to freezer/fridge was almost 5.5 hours and the food held up very well! We had a freezer bag with ice in the freezer bag to keep the food very cold. Everything stayed pretty cold even though the insulation is pretty thin so I was afraid to pack it all the way in so it doesn't rip. Nothing broke and I have used them twice already and will definitely use them in the future.
