I have a new Canon R5 and need a screen protector to protect the rear glass from damage. This screen protector is similar to those you get for your smartphone and is easy to install. The hardest part is the initial alignment of the profile as it wants to snap onto the display. I hold the camera between my knees with the display facing up. After removing the protective film, I hold it tilted up and align the bottom edge of the protective film with the bottom edge of the screen. Then, while trying to keep the protector steady, I twist the top of the protector until it clicks into place. If the guard isn't straight, fold back the corner with your fingernail and try again. Once straight, press down and remove any bubbles. Anything that you can't push to the limit often disappears after a day or so.
