This is my first video so I have no comparison. Although this is normal; I don't think it can be improved significantly other than as stated below. It's light, attractive and functional. Customer service is just as important to me. In my millions of years as a consumer, I have never experienced responsive and helpful customer service. However, it would be remiss if I did not mention a few things. The clip has no locking mechanism and mostly opens when I take it out of my pocket. That's why it only gets 5 stars and not 6 :). I think that's a small problem. I also change it to M-Clip Tightwad. I don't carry that many bills, 15-20 max, and I don't use a card clip. I think I'd be better off with a smaller clip as a result. I've been looking for something suitable for a long time and found something that far exceeded my expectations.
