Not worth the price. Spend a little more and get a good one. Or are you looking for a better deal.
The goods initially came without instructions. It was easy to figure out by looking at the picture on the back, but a little awkward. The first time I accidentally swapped the two backs and the only way to find out is to get to the penultimate bar. Annoying, I basically had to take everything apart to fix it. Hmm, only if the backs have been marked in the INSTRUCTIONS. Oh wait, about that. The metal itself is also very thin and feels cheap. I used to have a cheap metal stand, but this one is a step down. If I were you I would spend another $10-$15 to get a good stand or look for another product in this price range. I know I bought one from Bed Bath Beyond for $40. what I can get cheaper online.):
