I got two of these piercings. The gold opal hoop and the gold gem hoop. I wanted to love them SO much. They looked amazing and fit perfectly! However do NOT buy these if you have allergies to come cheaper metals. Surgical Steel piercings are the only type I can wear without having a reaction. After wearing this piercing for less than a week my nose has had an AWFUL reaction to the point that I can not touch my septum without it surging with pain. I can't rub my nose, I can't scratch, I can't blow, I could barely even get the piercings out/put in a different piece. I had to send both pieces back and now I'm just hoping I don't have to go to the doctors to have my nose looked at. These pieces are GORGEOUS, but if you have any kind of sensitivity to different metals I suggest looking elsewhere or you will be in a literal "world of pain".
