The ability to take and organize notes during meetings or presentations. I am also able to email meeting highlights immediately (for free) which is great! Sometimes you can get sent more information than you want (like contact info for example), but it's easy enough through your dashboard to just change what we receive from each participant. Also, sometimes notifications don't always make their way into our dashboards. If there is anything that I would like improved it definitely has something to do with ease-of-use. I use this daily because of how well thought out everything seems to be. It makes taking down notes much easier as well as finding them when needed at any time later. The best part about using this service is that I can see how much money or time it will take to get more results, as well when my website goes live with them i know for sure they are going all out in their efforts! It's important because you want someone who truly cares & wants your business success just like yourself!! As far if there was anything bad at least its transparent so we both understand what each other expects from our relationship together ( which makes me feel comfortable).
