Review on Enhance Your Audio Experience with Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless Headphones and Knox Gear Mount Bundle by Ada Boguszewska ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A good quality product, I rate this purchase perfectly.

As much as I enjoy the sound of my Sony MX4, I now realize that I would be missing out if I instead purchased a Bowers & Wilkins px7. If I could have heard from other manufacturers, I probably wouldn't have gone with Dali at all. Reviewers' claims of "they sound horrible" and "one marriage is going on" are not indicative of the headphones' actual quality; instead, you should use your own ears to form an opinion.

Pros
  • Considering they're wireless, the sound quality is excellent. Everyone else, including myself, was torn between the Bowers & Wilkins px7 and the Sony WH100MX4. It's impossible to decide simply by listening in my city, therefore I read reviews before settling on anything. They're married, and it seems that the people who post on the forums are the ones having troubles, while the rest of the world seems to be content. The state of my family is excellent. Their sound quality, aesthetic, and sturdy carrying case are all top-notch. For this reason, I went with this hue rather than the default silver displayed on the office site. There's no doubt that Sony has the edge in manufacturing quality, but it's possible that the PX7 offers superior sound and a more attractive design. Sony has already released multiple updates to its firmware that include fixes and enhancements, but you clearly can't wait for the Bowers. Sony is cool with the fact that the PX7's inexplicable warranty was tested. Sony's app has no hiccups; everything is crystal clear and works as it should. There was no cause for concern over Sony's lack of aptX codecs, as all recent smartphones running Android 9 include support for LDAC. I have no issues switching between the LDAC on my Samsung S8 and the SBC codec on my stationary Laptop.
Cons
  • It's possible that the battery and the ear cushions will need to be swapped out at some point. If this is indeed a Sony product, the cost of consumables is outrageous. Yet, the Chinese are not dozing off; they have already developed a solution, which they are peddling at the world-famous Tiananmen Square flea market.
