This item was on and the sound quality was not a problem. I have to say that the Bluetooth connection was a DISTRESS! I can't stress enough how annoyed I was with this product. Replacing a car radio is not easy and it takes time or money. This head unit is very dumb when it comes to connecting to the phone. it was a miss and a hit. sometimes connected, sometimes not at all. It's embarrassing to be from Pioneer. How difficult is it to solve the simplest electronics problem today?! Lots of misleading reviews. I received a refund for my purchase, but I am not being reimbursed for my installation, removal and associated headaches.
