In fact, this is a piece of polar fleece that you put your fingers in. It works out? Yes it works but you have to rub your eyes a few times to remove all of the eyeliner and if you're going to be using a makeup remover wipe anyway there's really no need as it doesn't do anything better. It's a good product, but I just find it unnecessary for me.
