First, the brush's detachable bristles are very stiff and hard. If you want a softer brush to get into all corners. So I filled it with soap and kept pushing the button, trying to get the soap out, I could see where it was supposed to come out, so I kept pushing until I finally got a toothpick to see what was there. something blocked, well. I pierced the whole thing in the handle area where the soap comes out so I messed it up and I can't use the soap anymore.
