Review on 🧣 Premium Nepalese Cashmere Wool Throw Blanket - Luxuriously Soft & Extra Large (54"x 108") by Sean Webb

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Cheap cashmere > nice cotton or polyester

Not too thick and not too big. It sheds quite heavily, especially when you first get it. I washed it twice in cold water and air dried it and it held up well in both washes and after one wash and a few weeks you can see that it's staying where it is. It appears to be made from lower cask cashmere, but low quality cashmere is still warmer and softer than high quality cotton. The label says 100% cashmere and I don't want to belittle the manufacturers but given the price I wouldn't be surprised if some wool or maybe even viscose is mixed into the supply chain at some point, but it's still evident in most (maybe all) cashmere. Honestly the blanket doesn't look great, it has a fuzzy finish almost like a molting angora and the color is more of a dull gray BUT I probably still recommend it for what I use it for, snuggling on the couch and staring on the TV or I cover them with my bedspread to warm me up a bit on winter nights. It's warm and soft, of course if you want a cashmere blanket that's warm, soft, tightly knit and inviting you'll have to spend a little more.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn
