These shoes are the style I wanted - slightly dressy but with a strap to keep them in place. In the reviews they seem comfortable, but they are extremely uncomfortable. No one can wear them for 8 hours as most have to take them off after 1 hour. There is NO cushioning in the insole and NO arch support. There is not enough space to add an insole, and the insole is firmly attached in the shoe, so you cannot remove it and make room for a comfortable one. I will send these back as soon as possible. Shoes seem to be made normally, just very uncomfortable.
