Review on LORYERGO TV Tray: Adjustable Folding Table with Multiple Heights & Tilt Angles, Cup Holder, Ideal for Eating, Working & Relaxing on Couch and Bed by Michelle Watson

Reminds me of an airplane tray table, but thinner. Don't buy this if you plan on using it for work!

My first impression was that it was much smaller than it appears in the photos. I bought it because I thought it would be similar to what my girlfriend got from Big Lots: a height-adjustable folding table that can hold my laptop while still leaving enough room to comfortably use a full-size mouse. On the other hand, this tray table barely fits in my laptop, let alone a mouse. While it was fairly easy to put together, it feels very flimsy overall. The tray we got from Big Lots snaps in comfortably and feels very sturdy. I can easily rest my hands on it while typing and it's no different than sitting at a desk. This one, on the other hand, looks like an airplane tray. There's no real place to rest your hands on it, and there's an awkward protrusion running along the edge, which digs in as you work. It also shakes constantly when typing, which is very annoying. In addition, after a month and a half of use, the tray began to deform and was no longer flat. My final complaint seems minor but turns out to be the most annoying thing about this product. The tablet's tilt angle is adjustable in three positions: tilt up 45 degrees, tilt down 45 degrees, and horizontal. ONLY THIS IS NOT HORIZONTAL. The "horizontal" position is actually slightly tilted up, just enough to be immediately noticeable when you're trying to get the job done, and it's just freaking crazy. If it had been a slight incline like one of those old elementary school desks, I probably would have learned to live with it. But the upward tilt is absolutely terrible. This puts my arms in an awkward position where I have to keep my wrists and shoulders at a slightly wrong angle (shoulders slightly up, wrists slightly down) and while this isn't enough to stop me from using it, after using it for 4-6 hours a day for a couple of days i definitely started to feel tension in my hands. Overall it looks like a cheap, low quality product. I would pay maybe $10 for it if I wanted a TV tray to eat with. It's absolutely not worth the $40-50 that its and similar products seem to go for. Don't be fooled like me.
