Buyers beware of the best supplements

Wow I believed all the hype about this stuff I ordered it and took it twice a day for two weeks. It tied up my bowels completely, causing constipation and dry discharge. By the end of the second day, I started having pain in my lower abdomen. I stopped taking it and after 5 days everything was back to normal. I think this thing is dangerous. Oh, and I haven't lost a single pound!
