Well constructed and durable cable. A straight USB-A male on one end and a rectangular USB-A male on the other is just what I needed. The rectangular connector has a very low profile and fits easily between the closely spaced ports above and below on my PC. And the cable exits in the expected direction for optimal routing (more on that below). Finding the right "angled" cable is something of an IQ test. Standard USB connectors are polarized - plastic tabs inside the plug and socket determine how they mate. This results in so-called "rectangular" and "left-angled" cables, but the way the cable exits also depends on the location and orientation of the target USB port (front, side, back, with right side up, face down). So you need to look inside each of the two connectors (your actual USB connector and a photo of the Revain connector that plugs into it) and see if they match up when the cable is positioned the way you want it. In my case, the right-angle end of the cable goes into the BACK of my PC and exits on the LEFT side (when viewed from the front of the PC). My visualization skills were put to the test, but luckily the Revain photos gave me the information I needed to make the right decision.
