I like that we can monitor our application remotely from anywhere at anytime with this product! We are able to see what's going wrong without having someone physically there every day by using remote access capabilities provided through wdt. It has been very useful since its introduction into my team as well as throughout all departments within my organization (2 locations). There isn't much dislike about anything so far but only minor issues such as sometimes being slow during peak hours which doesn’t really affect us too badly overall because everything works perfectly fine after some time passes until next usage. Remote server management & maintenance services have become more efficient due to easy accessibility via online portal/applications.
