Review on Efficient and Powerful White Rowenta IS8440 Full Size Garment and Fabric Steamer with Screen by Sameer Hilton

I am writing this review on the day I received the item. I was looking forward to this ship. I needed this for work. White collars are part of my uniform. When it arrived, I immediately unpacked it. When assembling it, I removed the water tank to fill it. Noticed the residue right away. I can't tell if it's insect remains or some kind of sediment. Whoever had it before me would have used it heavily with dirty water. I'm just glad I didn't have to use it for work right away or I wouldn't have time to clean up all the dirt. Which I shouldn't have either! It took me about an hour to wash it off using the descaling procedure outlined in the owner's manual. I did 2 cycles of this. The anti-calc indicator never came on so this is the only thing I've done that isn't in the instructions. I need it for work so I won't return it like a normal person. I leave this review with pictures only as a warning. I will use it extensively for my work form. The moment he stains my clothes; After cleaning it just right, I DROPP IT! Terrible first impression. Aside from that initial confusion, the vapor is going well. Smooth and hot. It doesn't flow anywhere. He's making some noise here, but I guess he's just doing his thing. Very disappointed to have received a used item. It could at least be properly inspected and cleaned before repackaging!
