This product has a problem that many "environmentally friendly" products have. The actual "frame" that holds the "Zboard" is what I'm having an issue with. At the time of purchase it cost 19.99 and is made of laminated cardboard. Of course, if it ends up in a landfill or elsewhere, it breaks down more easily and quickly than plastic. But as a consumer, this won't last very long, and if I replaced them with the same ID over and over again, I'd end up using 5 times more than one that's made out of plastic. It really has no durability and will not hold up over time if an adult cat lies on it or if you move it frequently to clean it. If anyone from this company is reading this, listen to me. I have initiated a refund on Amazon for this product. Why not make the frame out of a stronger material like plastic or whatever and make it easy to refill like now.
