If the sun in April - at 45 degrees latitude (half way to the North Pole) - fades the color that easily in a month or so I would find another background to buy . If it was red and exposed to sunlight for a year or two, I would expect it. But no, it's too dark a color with minimal sun exposure. I wasn't impressed.
