Nonsense I replaced the original blade with one of these and when I set it to the same depth of cut which was three the blade didn't even pop out of the holder. It has been further adjusted to have the same cut as the Brother blade at setting 3. Eventually it reached 7 before cutting at the same depth as the Brother knife at 3. However, it didn't cut cleanly. I would rip the card and put it in a pile as if I were carrying a card without cutting it. So my template had holes here and there with folded paper. Re-insert the dull blade and easily cut two more templates. I just ordered two OEM blades and will be waiting for them. If anyone else has found a working third party blade please let me know. Brother knives are good but expensive.
