Bought 6 of these. 1 did not work and the manufacturer immediately sent a new bulb! They are very bright and I am very happy with them and the customer service. I didn't even ask for a replacement. I just mentioned that 1 didn't work and a new one popped up right away! Now that my friends are customer service!
