I like that it's an easy way to share information quickly when needed without having someone else present so they can still be productive at their job while being able to provide assistance if asked for by others or as required under local laws/rules such as ADA requirements etc..

Easy access from anywhere (mobile phone) allows you to pull files up instantly instead of going back home just because there is no one available right then who has those documents handy which may not even exist! It could possibly improve its interface but overall this works well enough especially since most people are used to using computers daily now anyway - makes everything easier!
