Terrible Sound Quality, Unreliable Connectivity

As a result of using this product, I found that the sound quality was incredibly muffled and lacked any real bass or clarity. The connectivity was also unreliable, often cutting out or dropping altogether. While the design and fit were comfortable, it doesn't make up for the many issues with these earbuds..
