Master cool HVAC Flaring Tool
The eccentric flaring tool provides excellent smooth, consistent flaring. When using this tool, turn the handwheel to apply pressure to the copper tubing. As the bell is formed the center of the spinning wheel will rise and when the correct pressure is achieved and the bell is complete you will hear a click and know you are done. This tool is for HVAC, not auto, which I believe are two different expansion angles.
