Beautiful wallet, my daughter loves it. Great quality, beautiful design, super cute. We had to order an exchange because when the original arrived the button was so hard to open, the seller immediately sent a new one and sent me return information which was very easy - I took the opened package to UPS and they scanned my barcode. and sealed it for me - I basically didn't do anything (there were a few return options) - and I didn't have to return the one until I got a new one in the mail. The new one opened great.
